AROMA AND PALATE
This fruit forward wine presents aromas of nectarine and an abundance of white-fleshed peaches with hints of apricot and toasted almonds. There are also nuances of vanilla and chalky minerality.
The palate has great structure with well-integrated oak providing weight and structure. This wine evolves showing lovely stone fruit highlights deepening into soft oak undertones. Overall, the palate is bright and textural with great length.
Try this wine with a succulent white meat dish such as pork steak with peach chutney served with a spring vegetable risotto. Pan-fried snapper with dill cream accompanied by fresh asparagus and baby peas will also work well.
