MARLBOROUGH PINOT GRIS

TASTING NOTES

AROMA AND PALATE
This wine is a veritable fruit salad, initially showing nashi pear notes. As it opens up, there are layers of guava, apricots and citrus aromas with hints of fennel.
The palate shows a weighty concentration of intense nashi pear, apple strudel and spicy flavours, complemented by a well-balanced acid structure and a weighty, creamy, textural finish.

ENJOY WITH
With its balanced acidity and rich palate weight, this is a very versatile wine that will be a perfect match for traditional roast pork or Asian cuisine with exotic spices and coconut, plus many vegetarian dishes like lasagne or quiche.
