Made with Brancott Estate Sauvignon Blanc, it’s the perfect tasty tipple to zest up even the driest of workplace shindigs. Honey and passionfruit will lure you in, but don’t let the tropical sweetness fool you–the fresh lime kick will transport you to that well-deserved annual leave with every sip.

Ingredients

90ml Sauvignon Blanc
Half a lime, cut into quarters
1 tbsp Honey
10ml Passionfruit pulp

Method

In a cocktail shaker, combine lime and honey, and muddle lime.
Add remaining ingredients and ice, shake briefly 3 or 4 times.
Dump contents of shaker into a glass, garnish with Dragon Fruit.
